His Ats career spans for over 15 years of professional performing arts, A dynamic, determined, organized and innovative young man with excellent and diverse abilities, credible work-experience and self-motivated character. He is able to establish projects and initiate new ideas. Larry Mhlanga is a reliable positive thinker, effective communicator and strong collaborative team-builder. He is a decisive, punctual, action-oriented and results-driven achiever. Mhlanga is talented in theatre arts with reputation as a Choreographer having done major (national events) shows in Swaziland and Zimbabwe, which include King's Birthday 2006,07,08,09,10, Employed as the national Choreographer for a Eswatini National Cultural group of 102 dancers, singer, actors and drummers, Brains behind the biggest TV Show "Shine Music talent Show", was a judge on the reality TV Show "TV star" both on the national TV station, Swazi TV. He is noted for work quality, motivation, education and people development.
